Jacqueline developed a passion for nutrition in her desire to spend her life helping others. After completing a bachelors of science in clinical nutrition at the University of California Davis, she went on to receive her Masters of Science in Food and Nutrition from Florida State University. She graduated from the FSU Dietetic Internship program (https://healthandhumansciences.fsu.edu/nutrition-food-exercise-sciences/students/graduate-programs/dietetic-internship/) and went on to become a Registered Dietitian in 2012. This professional designation required successfully passing a national registration exam for dietitians, in addition to required course work and clinical experience. Jacqueline then began to work as a pediatric dietitian in large academic hospitals in Texas as well as in California. She gained clinical knowledge, practical experience and developed lasting professional relationships.
Currently, Jacqueline has a private practice in Houston and became a mother herself in November 2018. She lives in Houston with her husband and daughters.
